Simple Manufacturing / BOM

Simple manufacturing, made simpler

Turn a complex Bill of Materials (BOM) into a traceable and efficient production process

Make products that make more money

Create and maintain accurate BOMs for full visibility into your manufacturing efficiency. Centralize your bill structures, manage material levels and track revisions from one place.

If you are assembling product you’ll love the assembly module… it allows real-time costs and for us it’s based on FIFO batch.

The BOM for the finished product estimates a cost using either Average Cost, Latest Purchase Cost, or Fixed Purchase Cost. This is for your reference only. The actual cost of finished goods will be calculated using the costing method of each individual component allocated to an assembled product, and can vary from the “total” cost displayed in the BOM. Actual costs associated with finished assembled goods are in the Finished Goods Analysis Report.
