DEAR SYSTEMS Implementation Partner Programme

TERMS OF AGREEMENT

To become a DEAR Implementation Partner, you must complete the following steps:

  • Complete the online Implementation Partner registration form
  • Accept these Terms of Agreement, and the DEAR Terms and Conditions of use;
  • Nominate at least one employee who completes the required Partner introduction session.

DEAR reserves the right to accept or decline any organisation applying to become an Implementation Partner.

Upon registration as a DEAR Implementation Partner, the following Terms of Agreement shall apply:

DEAR will:

  • Provide access to a DEAR Implementation Partner portal account;
  • Provide an introductory online walkthrough session (approximately 1 hour) for your nominated employees;
  • Provide DEAR assisted scoping session for potential client(s) to establish suitability;
  • Provide an online sales consultation session for qualified potential clients as requested;
  • Provide applicable collateral, online resources and support to assist in educating your employees and clients about DEAR;
  • Assist in complaint resolutions.
  • Provide full fledged DEAR account to be used for training, education and acquisition of DEAR clients.
  • Provide monthly Webinars and Deep Dives for ongoing education and training.
  • Pay quarterly commissions calculated in the portal given that you are meeting quarterly quotas.

*Note your Partner Portal and Demo DEAR account is for the purposes of acquisition, training, advice and support of clients who have subscribed or are assessing any DEAR product offering. You agree that this account is not to be used to undertake any task (provided free or otherwise) that would normally require the client to have a user licence themselves to perform those tasks in the natural running of their business.

You will:

  • Actively refer and promote DEAR to relevant employees and clients. This includes having a dedicated landing page on your website with logos and links to the DEAR website;
  • Promote DEAR in a manner consistent with the DEAR values.
  • Provide full spectrum implementation services to assist DEAR clients to get setup, trained on DEAR platforms and provide professional services around DEAR authorised integrations to other applications.
  • Ensure that, at all times, one or more of your employees is active as an DEAR Implementation Partner. This includes aiming to refer a minimum of 2 valid client lead per quarter through your Partner Portal;
  • Actively engage when contacted by your DEAR Partner Manager;
  • Comply with the DEAR Terms and Conditions, which are deemed to be part of these Terms of Agreement. If there are any inconsistencies between these Terms of Agreement and the DEAR Terms and Conditions, DEAR will resolve these at our discretion.
  • Introduce and implement minimum of 3 clients per quarter to maintain your “Implementation Partner” status. If you do not meet this quota your status will revert to referral partner, see DEAR Systems Referral Partner section below for T&C’s.

These Terms of Agreement shall continue until terminated by either party, DEAR does not require to give a minimum notice period or any notification to partners who are not meeting their obligations under their contract.

DEAR reserves the right to vary these Terms of Agreement at any time.

TERMS OF AGREEMENT

To become a DEAR Referral Partner, you must complete the following steps:

  • Complete the online  Referral Partner registration form;
  • Accept these Terms of Agreement, and the DEAR Terms and Conditions of use;
  • Nominate at least one employee who completes the required Partner introduction session.

DEAR reserves the right to accept or decline any organisation applying to become a Referral Partner.

Upon registration as a DEAR Referral Partner, the following Terms of Agreement shall apply:

DEAR will:

  • Provide access to a DEAR Referral Partner portal account;
  • Provide an introductory online walkthrough session (approximately 1 hour) for your nominated employees;
  • Provide/present DEAR assisted onboarding package for your referred client(s);
  • Provide an online sales consultation session for qualified potential clients as requested;
  • Provide introductions to DEAR Implementation Partners where applicable;
  • Provide applicable collateral, online resources and support to assist in educating your employees and clients about DEAR;
  • Assist in complaint resolutions.
  • Provide monthly Webinars and Deep Dives for ongoing education and training
  • Pay referral fees quarterly

You agree that this account is not to be used to undertake any task (provided free or otherwise) that would normally require the client to have a user licence themselves to perform those tasks in the natural running of their business.

You will:

  • Actively refer and promote DEAR to relevant employees and clients. This may include a dedicated landing page on your website with logos and links to the DEAR website;
  • Promote DEAR in a manner consistent with the DEAR values.
  • Provide advisory services to your clients regarding DEAR, and where relevant, provide client onboarding assistance in conjunction with DEAR. Note, if you or your firm would like to be involved in implementing DEAR you need to apply to become an Implementation Partner.
  • Ensure that, at all times, one or more of your employees is active as an DEAR Referral Partner. This includes aiming to refer a minimum of 1 valid client lead per quarter through your Partner Portal;
  • Actively engage when contacted by your DEAR Partner Manager;
  • Comply with the DEAR Terms and Conditions, which are deemed to be part of these Terms of Agreement. If there are any inconsistencies between these Terms of Agreement and the DEAR Terms and Conditions, DEAR will resolve these at our discretion.

Do I get access to a DEAR account?

Through the partner portal you can access your free DEAR account — and the accounts of any clients that you’ve referred.

Can I have more than one account?

As a DEAR Implementation Partner, we’ll give you one fully functional DEAR account for up to 5 users to use and get familiar with DEAR, test out business case scenarios and use for training and demonstrations.

Do I receive any money?

As a DEAR Implementation Partner, you will receive an ongoing revenue share from the subscription fee from new business generated by you to DEAR. The revenue share is 10% to 20% of the subscription amount. As a DEAR Referral Partner, you will receive $100 for every client you refer to DEAR.

What training and support will I receive?

As part of our onboarding process, we’ll give you and your company a walkthrough session to cover in detail what you need to know about DEAR and cloud inventory management. We will also cover the Partner Portal and registering new clients to your Partner Portal. You will get access to Monthly Deep Dives to deepen your understanding of DEAR.

How do I access support?

You can find all support resources from white paper, support solutions and video tutorials. If you or your clients need help with something more specific, contact your Account Manager or our support team directly.
