Feature 1: Workflows for CRM Opportunities and Leads

Introduction: With this release, DEAR is expanding its workflow module In order to facilitate automation of some CRM function. The Workflow module can now be used to automate lead conversion, automate opportunity conversion, and program automated notifications to users to streamline the sales process.
- Subscription to the DEAR Automation module

- Getting Started with CRM
- In the DEAR menu, click Settings → Automation → Workflow.
- On the Workflow List page, click Add New Workflow.
- On the New Workflow page, enter a name for the workflow, then select the workflow type – you can now select Lead and Opportunity. Please see documentation for further details.
